How will my new staff member be trained?
Every WorkmodeX hire completes a promo-ready certification before they're onboarded to your business. It's not a box-ticking exercise — they have to pass it at 100% before they start working with you. Here's what that means and why it matters.
01What the certification is
It's a structured, assessed certification that proves the hire can do the core of the role to a work-ready standard — not just that they've watched a video or read a guide. Promo-ready means they reach the level we'd be comfortable putting them in front of a client on day one.
02100% before onboarding
They must complete the certification at 100% before they're officially onboarded to your team. There's no partial pass, no 'close enough', and no starting the role while they finish it. If they can't clear it, we keep training them until they can — or we don't move them forward.
03What it covers
The certification covers the role fundamentals: the tasks they'll do daily, the tools they'll use, your processes where relevant, and the standards of accuracy and communication we hold across every WorkmodeX placement. Client-specific detail is layered on top during the onboarding week.
04Why we hold the line
This is the reason placements stick. A hire who starts before they're genuinely ready costs you time in rework and supervision. Getting them to 100% first means their first real work for you is real work — not supervised practice wearing your brand.
05Where you come in
You don't run the certification — we do. You'll see the outcome when they start: a hire who can pick up the work without you building them from scratch. If you want to understand what's in it for a specific role, we'll walk you through it before the hire begins.
Ready when you are.
