Can I replace a team member if it isn't working?

01First, tell us
Raise it with your relationship manager as early as you can. We'll talk through whether it's a fit issue, a training gap, or something fixable.
02The replacement window
Each placement comes with a replacement window early in the engagement. Outside that window we still help — it just takes a fresh sourcing pass.
03Handover
Where possible we overlap the outgoing and incoming person so knowledge transfers before the handoff.
