How long does recruitment take?

It depends on the role, required experience, salary range, working schedule and availability of suitable candidates. We provide progress updates throughout the search.

Can WorkmodeX help us create the job description?

Yes. We can help define the role, responsibilities, required skills, expected outcomes, working hours and reporting structure.

Can I request additional assessments?

Yes. Role-specific assessments, sample tasks, software testing or extra interviews can be arranged before the final selection.

What happens after I select a candidate?

We coordinate the employment documentation, onboarding preparation, start date, system access, orientation and the initial check-in schedule.

Can you conduct reference checks?

Yes — confirm your reference-check requirements during recruitment so they can be completed before an offer is finalised.

What happens if I do not find the right candidate?

We review your feedback, refine the candidate profile where appropriate, and continue the search under the agreed recruitment arrangement.
