What happens before my team member starts?

We confirm the employee's schedule, systems, credentials, communication platforms, training materials, reporting line and initial responsibilities are ready.

What is included in the readiness review?

SOPs, workflow clarity, communication channels, performance expectations, HR requirements, equipment, training resources, system access and team-leadership arrangements.

What should be ready two weeks before the start date?

Email access, system credentials, communication tools, work schedule, payment arrangements, reporting structure and core onboarding resources.

What should be confirmed one week before the start date?

Start time, orientation plan, immediate supervisor, training owner, first-week schedule and initial tasks.

What happens on the employee's first day?

They complete orientation, meet relevant stakeholders, receive system access and role expectations, and begin the agreed training plan.

Who is responsible for job-specific training?

WorkmodeX covers general readiness and applicable WorkmodeX training. You remain responsible for your internal systems, products, processes and role-specific procedures unless another arrangement is agreed.

What happens during the first 30 days?

We monitor onboarding progress, training completion, workload, communication, challenges and early performance through structured check-ins.

It covers onboarding progress, training completion, role clarity, performance, your feedback, the employee's feedback, and any support or adjustments required.

What if the employee does not have all their system access on the first day?

Let us know with an expected completion time. We'll arrange alternative training or productive tasks in the meantime where possible.
